Haha. If you think your graph is a rollercoaster, you should look at mine. If you hit the zoom button it will show you longer periods of time than just the past 2 weeks. Mine is like scary roller coaster on which you will die. Haha. It's starting to even out a little bit now though. *knock on wood!*

Damn, I need to check this page more often.

Rachael my weight graph cracks me up - it looks like a crazy rollercoaster. I'm happier now the overall trend is down though. That also helps on days I see a jump, that I know it's a blip and overall I'm doing ok.

Still need to work out more!

Your weight change graph looks kinda like mine. Jumping around all over the place. Don't get discouraged, though. You can do it!

Rachael! I finally figured out how to find your posts to my profile. Duh.
I am really enjoying the elliptical workouts, but I'm going to lift weights tomorrow since I don't have an early class. I always feel more accomplished after a weight session than cardio...but hey, I'm glad to be working out either way.
