Rachael my weight graph cracks me up - it looks like a crazy rollercoaster. I'm happier now the overall trend is down though. That also helps on days I see a jump, that I know it's a blip and overall I'm doing ok.
Still need to work out more!
I am really enjoying the elliptical workouts, but I'm going to lift weights tomorrow since I don't have an early class. I always feel more accomplished after a weight session than cardio...but hey, I'm glad to be working out either way.
